Satan's Lie About End Times

It's difficult not to presume the end of times is near. How many times have we been minutes, no seconds, away from complete and utter destruction. That is why Christian's can be optimists in the face of such horror. We know what the real end will be.

Satan's Lie: End of the world? Ha! No worry. Things will go on like this way past when I'm gone.

God's Reply: For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord.1 Thessalonians 4:16‭-‬17 (NASB)
